Return Process

  Log into your Innovist account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the products are unopened, in their original packaging, and include all tags; our team will review your request and photos for approval.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your address within 2-3 business days at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Innovist wallet.
